By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.3 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Our Services

2.1 Tour Services

Gamer Strats Tours provides guided tours to UK television filming locations. Our services include:

  • Organised group tours to filming locations
  • Expert tour guide services
  • Transportation as specified in tour descriptions
  • Educational content about filming locations and productions

2.2 Service Availability

Our tours are subject to availability, weather conditions, and access permissions from location owners. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

To book a tour, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Make payment in full at the time of booking
  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through our secure payment system. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email. Please check all details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.2 Our Cancellations

If we cancel a tour due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, location access, etc.), we will offer a full refund or alternative arrangements.

4.3 No-Shows

Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Health and Safety

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you are physically capable of participating in the tour
  • Informing us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation
  • Following all safety instructions provided by our guides
  • Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear

5.2 Conduct

You agree to:

  • Behave respectfully towards other customers, guides, and property owners
  • Follow all instructions from tour guides
  • Respect private property and photography restrictions
  • Not engage in any illegal or disruptive behaviour

5.3 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any customer who fails to comply with these Terms or whose behaviour negatively impacts other customers or the tour experience.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Our Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour booking. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage due to your negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

6.2 Insurance

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. However, we strongly recommend that customers obtain their own travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.

6.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or pandemics.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and tour materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Photography and Filming

During tours, we may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you consent to such use unless you specifically opt out in writing.

7.3 Customer Content

Any reviews, comments, or content you provide to us may be used for promotional purposes with appropriate attribution.

8. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our services:

  1. Contact us immediately during the tour if possible
  2. Submit a written complaint within 7 days of the tour
  3. We will investigate and respond within 14 days

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

As a consumer, you may have the right to use alternative dispute resolution services. We are willing to participate in such processes where appropriate.

10. Age Restrictions and Supervision

10.1 Minimum Age

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times during tours.

10.2 Adult Supervision

Adults are responsible for the behaviour and safety of any children in their care during tours.

11. Accessibility

We strive to make our tours accessible to all customers. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
